After all of the hard work put in by the Fox to get the bar refurbished and renovated, the long awaited arrival of the new beer is finally here.

Purity came down to install the new coolers and pump today. The new Mad Goose is now ready for serving after being rigorously sampled this evening by a few select volunteers! It will be in full flow over the weekend along with (boring) Carling, which should be of a much higher quality now due to the new air conditioning unit in the storage room and the new coolers.

As you can probably tell, a few of us have been quite excited about the new arrival and i must say it didn't disappoint at all. The Mad Goose is on sale at £2.40 per pint.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO STRESS THAT THE STORAGE ROOM IN THE BACK REALLY NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AFTER IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF THE BEER. IT NEEDS TO REMAIN VERY TIDY AND CLEAN. THE DOOR MUST REMAIN CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE. ANY CASK'S IN THE ROOM MUST NOT BE TOUCHED AS EVEN THE SLIGHTEST DISTURBANCE CAN IMPACT THE QUALITY OF THE BEER. CHEERS.
